Emil Konrad

Over the past 50 years Emil worked  in the banking and finance sector for 30 years specialising in financial advice, superannuation and retirement planning, business development and lending. 

Emil also established a number of businesses in the real estate sector, property development and currently in civil construction. 

Joining JB Age Care was an opportunity to enter a growth industry in Thailand, understanding the needs of the elderly from a young age, as my mother worked as an aged care nurse for almost 25 years in Australia after emigrating from Germany. 

It was always my intent to relocate to Thailand after numerous visits to the land of smiles since 2017. I genuinely believe the aged care industry in Thailand is an alternative to western countries that are experiencing long admission wait times and increasing cost of living pressures.

Tyrone Winters

Tyrone Winters has not only found paradise moving to Thailand but also been given this wonderful opportunity to furfull his late mother's dreams of owning his own elderly care centre. JB Age Care Pattaya has been named after his late mother Joan Beryl Winters. Joan was a nurse in New Zealand for 40 years. It was always her dream to have her own elderly care centre. Tyrone feels that he is fulfilling her dream with the help of his long time girlfriend Piyanad Kanhong and best friend Emil Konrad. Between the 3 of us we have so much experience to bring to the table. I personally have an extremely compassionate side to me. This allows me to make people feel like that they belong and seem to bring the best out of people. Im so excited with the future of this busines jbagecarepattaya and the friends I will make along this wonderful journey.

Piyanud Kaenhong

Piyanud Kaenhong has over 30 years of experience as a main stream nurse working most of this time at the Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital in Sirracha Thailand. 
Over the years Piyanad has gained much experience in all aspects of nursing starting at the bottom working her way to the top. Piyanad was presented nurse of the year last year this is a prestigious award not given out lightly to anyone. 

Piyanad says having this wonderful opportunity to become an active business partner in an elderly age care centre ( jbagecarepattaya) was an obvious choice for her. Raising her daughter alone for the past 17 years who is off to university next year to study to become a doctor of medicine makes me feel it was all worth it. 

Im very excited and looking forward in forging new friendships.  creating a homely environment for our future residents is at the top of my list. 

Parag Jain

Parag brings a background in business strategy, data-driven decision-making, and international relationship building, with experience across Asia-Pacific and beyond. He has spent years connecting organisations with the right networks and building sustainable growth frameworks.

Parag focuses on partnerships, strategic development, and digital infrastructure and communications — ensuring the business grows with structure, and long-term sustainability while always keeping patient dignity and family trust at the centre of every decision.

His involvement in elder and post-hospital care is deeply personal. Over 8 years, he supported his mother through her battle with cancer, witnessing 60+ chemotherapy treatments and learning first-hand how compassion, dignity, and consistent care can shape a patient’s journey. That experience reshaped his understanding of what quality care truly means — not only medically, but emotionally.

Praveen Sain

Praveen is a seasoned U.S. healthcare service provider with over 18 years of experience in the medical billing industry. As a trusted Medical Billing Service Provider, he has consistently delivered high-quality solutions that optimize revenue cycles, enhance patient care, and strengthen financial sustainability for healthcare organizations—particularly nursing homes and senior living facilities. His deep expertise in healthcare operations and compliance uniquely complements his leadership in long-term care environments.

Passionate about healthcare innovation, Praveen has expanded his vision internationally through JB AGE Care, a venture that allows him to contribute meaningfully to the growing healthcare industry in Thailand. His involvement reflects a lifelong commitment to advancing standards of care and building sustainable healthcare models across diverse regions.

Jirassaya Sang Ngarm

Jirassaya (Gena to her friends) will be joining the team at jbagecare in the new year 2026. Like piyanad Jirassaya has 30 years experience as a nurse in Bangkok. Jirassaya did her training with piyanad through the red Cross society that's were they first meet each other and have stayed close friends ever since.
Jirassaya has mainly been focused on the administration side to running a health care system the past few years and here at jbagecare we are thrilled to have join our  team and bringing  these skills enableling us to operate with  professional standards required within the industry. 

Khimpast Bhattrai

Khimpast Bhattrai known as Kim to his friends is JB age care property maintenance coordinator. Kim is a married man with two young children he supports. Kims passionate personally allows people to feel that they are in safe hands. Kims attention to detail is a reflection to the wonderful Gardens he maintains around this beautiful property. You will find Kim Monday to Saturday always working around the property. He also is responsible for light maintenance jobs required with the building.
