Over the past 50 years Emil worked  in the banking and finance sector for 30 years specialising in financial advice, superannuation and retirement planning, business development and lending. 

Emil also established a number of businesses in the real estate sector, property development and currently in civil construction. 

Joining JB Age Care was an opportunity to enter a growth industry in Thailand, understanding the needs of the elderly from a young age, as my mother worked as an aged care nurse for almost 25 years in Australia after emigrating from Germany. 

It was always my intent to relocate to Thailand after numerous visits to the land of smiles since 2017. I genuinely believe the aged care industry in Thailand is an alternative to western countries that are experiencing long admission wait times and increasing cost of living pressures.
